Information for Job Applicants to MAN Shared Services Center sp. z o.o.

Pursuant to the information obligation arising from the provisions of the Polish Labour Code and the Act of 4 June 2025 amending the Labour Code (Journal of Laws 2025, item 807), which entered into force on 24 December 2025, MAN Shared Services Center sp. z o.o. hereby provides job applicants with information regarding the provisions of the Remuneration Regulations in force within the Company.

Below you will find key information concerning remuneration principles applicable to employees of the Company, to the extent required by applicable law.

General

    4.1 Remuneration

Remuneration for work is determined in the amount corresponding to the type of work performed and the qualifications required to perform it. The remuneration received for full-time work cannot be lower than the minimum remuneration referred to in Article 6 of the Act of 10 October 2002 on the minimum remuneration for work (Journal of Laws No. No. 200, item 1679, as amended. changes.) A part-time employee is entitled to the basic salary and other components of remuneration in an amount proportional to the number of hours of work performed, as determined in the employment contract. Remuneration is due only for work performed. The employee is entitled to remuneration for the time of non-performance of work only if it is specified in the provisions of the labour law. An employee may not waive the right to remuneration or transfer this right to another person. The terms of the remuneration policy are discussed by the Management Board of MAN Shared Services Center Sp. z o.o. in Poznań with representatives of the staff in each accounting year.

    4.2 Salary components and wage supplements

a) basic salary,
b) remuneration for overtime,
c) overtime allowance,
d) Awards,
e) Statutory bonuses,
f) discretionary bonuses,
g) Remote work allowance.

The salary supplements listed in points b and c are included in the base salary for the period of incapacity for work, social security benefits and holiday leave in the amount actually paid.The allowances to the remuneration listed in points d, e, f, g do not constitute the basis for the assessment of remuneration for the period of incapacity for work, social security benefits and holiday leave, unless the regulations for granting them provide otherwise. An employee who particularly contributes to the performance of the company’s tasks, shows initiative at work, increases its efficiency and quality, may be awarded a reward. The award is granted by the company’s Management Board.

    4.3 Other cash benefits

The following work-related benefits are available at MAN Shared Services Center Sp. z o.o. in Poznań:

  • one-off severance pay in connection with the employee’s retirement (statutory),
  • death benefit for family members of a deceased employee (statutory),
  • remuneration for the time of the employee’s inability to work due to illness in the amount of 80% of the remuneration (statutory),

  • per diems and other receivables for business trips (The amount of the per diem for business trips is determined by the provisions of the Regulations of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy of 29 January 2013 on receivables due to an employee employed in a state or local government unit of the budgetary sphere for business trips),

  • severance pay for termination of an employment contract for reasons not attributable to the employee (statutory),

  • compensation for a shortened notice period (statutory),
  • Downtime pay (statutory)
  • allowance for remote work (statutory)

In special cases, the Management Board may decide to grant work-related benefits beyond those listed above.

    4.4 Payment of remuneration

        4.4.1 Date of payment

Payment of remuneration and allowances for work, with the exception described in point 4.5.3, is made „in arrears” once a month and is made by the 3rd working day of each month for the previous month.

        4.4.2 Form of payment

The remuneration is paid to the payment account indicated by the employee, unless the employee has submitted a paper or electronic application for payment of remuneration in person.
